On TV, you can watch many different programs about a wide range of things. TV guides tell us that programs are shown on which channel and at what time on a particular day. For example, you can watch cartoons at 8 a.m. cookery programs at 2 p.m. and the news at 7 p.m. These hours change in different countries. On weekdays, people mostly watch series which start at 9 p.m. Series have episodes which usually last for either 50 minutes or a full hour. At weekends good movies are on TV. You can enjoy the movies especially on Sunday evenings.
You can learn a lot from TV, but you shouldn’t watch it too much. İt will give harm to your eyes or your friends will call you a couch potato.
